About
Nick Y. Shimoda
Nick began practicing law in 1993. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Auburn
University and his law degree from the University of Alabama. After law school, Nick
operated a general practice until he obtained the position of in house litigator with
Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., in Bentonville, Arkansas. After a couple of years of Wal-Mart
litigation, Nick obtained his Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M) from the University of
Alabama. In 1996, Nick focused his practice specifically in the areas listed in this
website. Nick believes that no attorney can be a master of every type of law. Therefore,
each attorney should focus on specific area of law to serve his clients in the best
possible manner.
